Cheers to an benchmark and budget-friendly Niagara cabernet franc
Fielding’s Unoaked Chard is one I recommend the most for a thoroughly enjoyable wine drinkable for all occasions. I haven’t had the Cab Franc in a while… will have to rectify that promptly.
I also tried the new 2025 edition of that wine, now simply called Chardonnay now, but it was still as enjoyable as ever.
